Our Process

1st:   We raise all of our animals naturally on grass. We supplement the last 90 days with grain to finish. We can finish completely on grass but only during the growing season for an additional charge per pound.

2nd:  When our stock is within the 90 day window for processing we accept our reservation deposits for the beef, Whole and 1/2 interests. Once the deposit has been received, your reservation will be secured and the agreement emailed to the customer for signature.  

3rd:  Once the animal has reached their optimum weight and condition, it’s then transported to our Custom Beef Processing Facility. The animal will be processed and the sides hung and aged for approximately 14 days. After the aging process is complete the side will be processed into vacuum sealed packages and frozen for delivery. When the order is complete, customers will be contacted by the processor..

Finally:  The beef order is picked up from the processing facility by the customer.
